Love

This cute Whipper Snapper stamp has been sitting in my closet for too long!! I used the Mojo Monday challenge for this weeks sketch.

I LOVE my cuttlebug...just incase I haven't mentioned this before...lol. Here I used the Argyle embossing folder.

My new copics came in the mail yesterday and I had the need to colour! The Martha Stewart edge punch and the black bow added the final touch.

Thanks for looking...

Critter Tags

Well i decided to try an Etsy store to sell my cards and other creations...check it out.

These little tags are handmade, original designs...words generated on the computer. I am continually brain storming for more ideas...check back often.

~ Red, White and black Birthday ~

It's been a while since I was on here so....here is another b-day card. This one I made for my co-workers daughter...she is 18. I thought the colours would suit that age group...right?

The layout was inspired by the Stampin' Royalty challenge. The stamps are from Stampin' Up. I used my fiskars paper corrugater...lol I don't think that is a proper word!

Bon Voyage

Made this card for my co-worker and her husband....they are heading back to Australia after completing a one year work visa. We will all miss them dearly :(  Both stamps are from Studio G. The layout was inspired by Karen and the bird from Modern Bird Etsy Shop for the Etsy Inspired Challenge. Check out her blog!! I used the theme for the Crafty Creations Challenge. Stampin' Royalty challenge was anything with wings, so I guess this qualifies too! Papers are from Nana's Nursery...I know I've been using that stack a fair bit lately...it is so versatile!

Cupcake Birthday

Well I am on a roll with creating...and I am liking it!! Here's a birthday card...the sketch is from Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge and the theme is for Delightful Challenges. The both stamps are from Stampin' Up, but different sets. Blue paper is from Grade school stack and the purple is from my stash. Added pearls and liquid glass for a finishing touch.

Monkey Love

Back for another card to post!! This little one is created for the sketch from Mojo Monday challenge and the use of ribbon is for the Paper take weekly challenge. Paper from Nana's Nursery and the stamp is from Stampendous....Changito's love balloon.

Isn't it funny how much someone misses making cards if a few days pass without creating? I kinda had the creative blues...lol.

Brrr...it's cold out there!

This adorable polar bear was starting up my creative intuition today. He is from an image swap off SCS, but originally a Whipper Snapper Design. The sketch was inspired by SFYTT and the theme was none other than Papertake Weekly.

The paper was from Nana's Nursery. I used MS punch for the stems and icicle border. White flower soft for the pom pom.

Loads of Love - part 2

I thought this card was multipurpose...could be for valentine's day, anniversary, male birthday...really anything masculine. I am finally getting the knack of making male cards (I think). The layout was inspired by Sketch Saturday and the colour scheme is for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge. Stamps again are from Stampin' Up (image swap from SCS).

Copics used for truck are B000, E31, E33, E37, 100, C1, C3 hearts R21, R23, R25, R29.

Shaded with Versa magic Gingerbread chalk ink. I also used EK corner punch and Martha Stewart ribbon punch.

Loads of Love

Time for some much needed valentine cards. The inspiration for this card came from 2 challenges...the first is for the sketch from Sweet Sunday Sketch and the second is for the use of circles from Paper Sundaes. Used up paper from my stash so unfortunately I can't remember the manufacturer...sorry. The stamps are from an image swap off SSC, I do believe it is Stampin' Up brand.

Copics used for truck are B000, B21, B24, B26, 100, C1, C3, Y35, Y38 hearts R21, R23, R25, R29.

I hope I accomplished a masculine v-day card!

Get Well Soon

This adorable bear was the inspiration for my next card challenge. I wanted to squeek into the Mojo Monday challenge for my chance at a set of Verve stamps. I don't own any as of yet and they are definately on my wish list. Boo Boo Bear stamp is from Whipper Snapper Designs and the sentiment is from my stash of stamped images from SCS image swap.

The copic colours I used are E37, E33, E31, E00 and B001.

The cardstock is My Mind's Eye and Nana's Nursery matstack. Brads are from my stash.

I recently received a few Whipper Snapper stamps in the mail from my aunt....I had the need to create cards with them!!

Thanks for looking :)

Happy B-day

I used to have a blog with my creations posted for the world to see, but I lost it along the way...

Not lost anymore...ready to start fresh!

I will start off by posting my first card challenge for 2011. This card is inspired by the CPS #200. I always have a hard time making male cards, so I took the opportunity to challenge myself!

I used Take the Cake stamp made by Whipper Snapper Designs and copic markers (for turtle - E37, E33, E31, G07, G14, G28 and for the cake I used E33, E31, B21, B24, B26, Y38, YR68).

I shaded the card with dew drop Gingerbread VersaMagic chalk ink. The sentiment is from an image swap on SCS, I believe it is Stampin' Up. The glitter green cardstock is from the All Dressed Up matstack. I also used the CB folder Argyle.

Hope you like it :) More to come soon!
